David Joseph Watruba, 40 of Toledo, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 in his residence. David known as "Tube' by his family and friends was born in Peoria, Illinois on November 14, 1979 to Bernard Jr. and Susan (Shope) Watruba.. Tube was a graduate of Clay High School. He was a huge Ohio State Buckeye Fan and St. Louis Cardinals. Tube was a musician and shared his love for music. Surviving are his mother, Susan K. Donahue; father and stepmother, Bernard Jr. and Janet Watruba; brothers, Bernie (Dayna); Matthew (Miranda), Michael (Francesca; step sisters, Tracy Hushour, Angela Nix, Jennifer Millerschone; Also surviving are his nieces and nephews, whom he adored. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Visitation will be at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon on Sunday, January 12 from 10:00 am until the time of a Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 pm Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy in Tube's memory are asked to consider NOW Diabetes Foundation and St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fremont.
