Dean A. Dominique, 69, of Oregon, OH passed away November 17, 2014 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. He was born in Toledo, OH on April 15, 1945 to James and Alice (Goulet) Dominique. Dean was a Viet Nam Army veteran and had been employed at Sun Oil Refining Co. for 22 years as an operator. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathie, parents and sister-in-law, Nancy. Dean is survived by his brothers, Larry (Gerry) and Phillip 'œStub' Dominique; nieces and nephews, Michelle (Jerry Jaquillard, Jeffrey (Kristen) Dominique, Jenna (William) Wamer and Jamie Dominique. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S.
