Debra Tobias, 54, of Genoa, Ohio passed away Saturday, August 22, 2009, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg. Debbie was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on May 14, 1955. Debbie will always be remembered as a fun and loving person and being the number one fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Debbie was preceded in death by her daughter, Shannon. Surviving are her loving husband, John; children, Shay and Shawnee Tobias; mother and step father, Geraldine (Richard) Ebbitt; father and step mother, Dewey (Jeanne) Morningstar; sister, Amy Morningstar; brothers, Dewey, Duane, Dean, Kurt, Scott Morningstar, Ryan and Rich "Chico" Ebbitt. Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road, Millbury on Monday from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. where graveside services will follow in Elmore Harris Union Cemetery.
