Delmer M. Jaquillard, 85, of Walbridge, OH, passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2008, at the Ohio Veterans Home. He was born in Toledo, OH on November 11, 1922, to Franklin and Nellie (Scott) Jaquillard. Delmer was a personnel sergeant in the U.S. Army for 31 years retiring in 1982. His memberships included the VFW Northwood Post and the Senior Center on Lagrange and Central. Surviving is his brother Marvin of Parma, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers and daughter, Michelle Jaquillard. Visitation will be held at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. Oregon, OH, on Wednesday from 2-9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Thursday at 11 a.m. with interment following in Lake Township Cemetery.
