Delores J. Burchell "Bona" (Grabach), 80, of Williston, Ohio passed away on Monday, January 19, 2015 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born on January 17, 1935 in Toledo, Ohio to Walter and Chrystal (Baumgartner) Grabach. Delores graduated from Whitmer High School, and later met the love of her life George "Harvey" Burchell at The Colesium skating rink. She and her family owned and operated Totem Pole Park in Petersburg, Michigan for several years. There were many memories made in Grayling, MI at Lake Margrethe. Delores was very proud of being a Den Mother, BSA and starting the Williston Bunco Club which still meets regularly today. She enjoyed cooking, shopping and spending time with her beloved family. Delores was a devoted friend, known for her kindness, gentle spirit, sense of humor and will be deeply missed by all. Delores is survived by her children, Harvey Allen, David (Anita) Burchell; grandchildren, Jesse, Jacob, Jamie Burchell; sisters, Barbara (Harry) Tubbs, Donna Free Fielding, Delilah Grabach; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George "Harvey" Burchell; son, Charles "Chas" Burchell and four legged companion "Trixie" and "Herman." Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel on Thursday, January 22, from 2-8 pm. Funeral services will be conducted at St. John Lutheran Church, Williston, 21140 W. Toledo St. Williston, Ohio at 11:00 am where the family will greet friends beginning at 10:00 am. Interment will take place in Allen Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family asks donations to be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or St. John Lutheran Church, Williston. The family would like to give a special thank you to the nurses who cared for our loved one.
