It is with great sadness, we announce the passing of Delores A Hoot, 94, Of Walbridge, Ohio, Friday, April 30, 2021. Delores was born February 13, 1927 in North Baltimore, Ohio to Charles and Verna (Clifton) Brown. She worked throughout her life as a personal healthcare provider and had a deep passion of caring for others. As the foundation of her family, Delores leaves behind her children, Raymond (Beverly) Hoot, William (Peggy) Hoot, Vernon (Lora) Hoot, Denis (LuAnn) Hoot, and Diana (Robert) Pauwels; 20 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren & great-great grandchildren; siblings, Sue, Tina, Verna, and Richard; along with many loving family members and dear friends. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, David Hoot Sr.; children, David Hoot Jr., Richard Hoot, and Sharon Hoot; along with many siblings. The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel 440 S. Coy Road on Monday, May 10, 2021 from 10:00 am until funeral service at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Lake Township Cemetery. Military honors will be conducted during the graveside service for her son David Jr. who passed away in February 2021. Memorials may be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project.
