Delores A. Kajca, 73, of Oregon passed away peacefully Friday, December 21, 2007, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. Do was born in Toledo on July 21, 1934, to Norman and Hazel (Young) Turner. On October 6, 1951, she married John Kajca, who felt that God had made this special loving person just for him. She was a parishioner of St. Ignatius Catholic Church where she was a Eucharistic Minister, a greeter and usher. She also was a member and past president of St. Ignatius Altar Rosary Society. Surviving are her loving husband, John; daughters, Sandra (Ken) Bloomfield, Bernadette (Jerry) VanDyne; sister, Eileen Sabo; grandchildren, Kenny Bloomfield Jr. and Amber VanDyne. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Do was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Wednesday from 2-9 p.m. and where Scripture services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Prayers will be recited in the funeral home on Thursday at 10:30 and proceed to St. Ignatius Catholic Church, 212 N. Stadium Road for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Private interment will take place in St. Ignatius Cemetery.
