Dennis M. Csehi, 74, of Aurora, Colorado, passed away on Thursday, August 19, 2021 with his daughters and wife by his side. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 6, 1947 to Julius and Angela (Romano) Csehi. Dennis graduated from Clay High School and went on to obtain his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo. He worked at LOF/Pilkington, Spec-Temp/Atwood Mobile Products before his retirement. True to his work ethic, he spent his retirement years with DMC Consulting. Dennis loved traveling, golfing, cooking authentic Italian dishes, building computers and coaching various baseball and softball teams. What he cherished most was his loving wife and family who will dearly miss him.
Dennis is survived by his wife, Vonnie; daughters, Cherie (Joseph) Sexton, Lisa (Douglas) Gardner, Rebecca (Daniel) Adair; grandchildren, Joshua, Jordan, Zachary, and Brady Sexton, Leah, and Krista Gardner, Nicholas, Trent, and Tyler Fuller; great-grandchildren, Travis, Easton, Mackenna, Oakley, and Kinsley; siblings, Michael (Betty) Csehi, Diane (Curt) O'Neill, Bryan (Pam) Csehi; and many nieces, nephews, and loving family members. He was preceded in death by his parents; and first wife, Shirley.
The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Friday, August 27, 2021 from 1:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. The family will also greet friends on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at St. Jerome Church 300 Warner St. Walbridge, OH 43465 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Dennis' name may be directed to the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association or Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.
