Diana L. Allore, 75, of Millbury, Ohio, passed away with her loving family by her side on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born in Walbridge, Ohio on November 2, 1945 to Eugene and Vera (Thornton) Hunt. She graduated from Lake High School in 1963. Diana was an avid reader, enjoyed baking, watching the Hallmark channel but most of all, taking care of people. On October 4, 1988 she married Larry Allore. Diana had a passion for decorating, especially for Christmas. She had amassed a collection of Christmas decorations that changed her house into a winter wonderland. She had a love of the Lord and a strong faith that comforted her and the family. Diana was a kind soul and will be missed dearly by all of her loved ones. Diana is survived by her husband of 33 years, Larry; daughters, Tricia (Ron) Macklin, Holly Corey; her special 4 legged daughter, Riley; Dean Macklin. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Charles Hunt; and mother and father-in-law, Pete and Martha Allore. Funeral services were private. Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, is assisting the family. The family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to the nurses, staff and Chaplin's at St. Charles ICU, Progressive Unit and Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg for the compassionate care Diana was given.
