Diana Farmer, 57, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 surrounded by her loving family at home. She was born on April 28, 1958 in Millersburg, Ohio. Diana loved reading, cookouts, family get-togethers and spending time with her 3 granddaughters. Surviving are her husband, Noah; sons, Jack (Candi) and Ryan Baker; brother, Brian (April) Baker; sister, Shelly (Howard) Rodgers; 4 nephews; 1 niece and best friend, Marie Campbell. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald L. Baker; mother, Janice (Singer) Baker and step-father, Jack Goulet; brother, Donald Baker. Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Thursday, June 4, 2015 from 2:00-8:00 pm. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Friday, June 5, 2015 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.
