Diane is now happily reunited with her parents Clyde and Betsy (Lombard) Bull, her "Aunty Lou" Borst, and her great-grandparents Jean "Grammie" and Harry C. Lombard. Family left to cherish her memory include her devoted husband of 33 years Terry Bowman; her loving mother-in-law Loretta Bowman; her brother Tim (Susan) Bull and their son Derek "D" Bull; her children Scott (Tiziana) Frey, Stephanie (Mike) Blazevich, and Scott (Kayla) Bowman. Diane is also survived by her cousins Fran (Robert) Davies, Robert Boundy, Michael Borst, and Richard (Joanne) Zampino. Diane was born on July 25, 1946 in Syracuse, NY. As a child, her family moved to Hamburg, NY where Diane graduated from Hamburg Senior High School in 1964. Growing up, Diane loved spending time with friends and family, camping and fishing along the St. Lawrence River with her grandparents, and looking after yer younger brother Tim. After time in nursing school at the University of Buffalo, Diane followed her passion for numbers and began a long, successful career in banking and accounting. On October 16, 1968 Diane and her first husband Jon Frey, welcomed their son Scott into the world. They raised him in Western New York State until moving to Toledo in 1982. Diane and Terry were married on October 19, 1984. They loved travelling across the US together, especially on their Honda Goldwing motorcycle, and even a Harley Davidson later on. They made several trips together to the Great Smoky Mountains, one of Diane's favorite places. They loved visiting with friends and family, often returning to Western New York to watch her nephew "D" play hockey. Terry's occasional golf trips allowed Diane time to travel with her best friend Lila Hepner and do some serious shopping and laughing together. Two special lights in her life are her Yorkie-Poo Sammi and her cat Katie. Terry and Diane have been inseparable best friends and soulmates right up until the day Diane passed. Diane loved reading, eating cheese curls, listening to music, cross-stitching, and watching Days of Our Lives. She has an extensive library of books that will be passed along and enjoyed by family and friends. She loved her Buffalo Bills, her Buffalo Sabres and her Michigan Wolverines, GO BLUE! Diane loved spoiling her grandkids on birthdays and holidays, enjoying many Christmas Eves together around the fireplace in their home in Curtice. Diane made several wonderful recipes for her family over the years, including everyone's favorite macaroni and cheese, salami roll-ups, and tuna casserole. In life, Diane loved her family very much and she is especially proud of her brother and sister in law's careers as paramedics and firefighters; her nephew Derek "D" Bull, a Sergeant in the U.S. Army Military Police (Fort Drum, NY); and her musically talented grandson Ian "Mr. Man" Frey. Now she rests in peace and in the hearts of her family and friends for all eternity.
