Diane L. Briggs (Rollman), 77, of Curtice, Ohio, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2025, at Otterbein Senior Life, surrounded by love and care. Born in Toledo, Ohio, Diane was the beloved daughter of Francis and Gertrude (Fisher) Rollman. She spent most of her life in Northwest Ohio, where she built a life grounded in family, faith, and creativity. Diane found joy in the simple pleasures—gardening, painting, ceramics—and was a dedicated fan of the Toledo Goaldiggers and Toledo Storm for over 35 years. A lifelong dog lover, she always found comfort and companionship in her furry friends. Diane will be remembered for her warmth, creativity, and unwavering love for her family. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Francis (Bo) Rollman; and her devoted husband, Robert C. Briggs. Diane is survived by her son, Mark McElyea (Kim); her daughter, Lynn Butler (Carol); and five cherished grandchildren, all of whom brought immense joy to her life.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the hospice team at Care 360 for their compassionate support during Diane's final days. In accordance with her wishes, no public services will be held. A private burial will take place. Arrangements entrusted to Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home.
