Diane L. Callahan, 82, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family Sunday, August 10, 2025, in Genoa Care Center. Diane was born on January 31, 1943, in Fostoria, Ohio, to Herman and Mary Louise (Bonifas) Feck. She was a graduate of Findlay High School and went on to earn her nursing degree from St. Vincent Hospital School of Nursing, becoming a registered nurse in 1964. On November 26, 1966, Diane married Dennis Callahan. She was a devoted parishioner of Epiphany of the Lord Parish – St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Toledo, where she served faithfully as a Eucharistic minister for over 30 years. Diane volunteered her time at Mercy St. Charles Hospital and St. Louis Helping Hands. She enjoyed traveling, reading, crafting, and going on bus trips with the East Toledo Senior Center.

Diane is survived by her daughter, Cristin Callahan; longtime companion, John Anderson; along with many nieces, nephews, loving family members and dear friends. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dennis; and brother, Denis Feck.

The family will receive friends at Epiphany of the Lord Parish – St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 729 White Street, Toledo, Monday, August 18, 2025 from 10:00 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am.
