Dianne Burnette, 75, of Toledo, Ohio went to be with her Lord and Savior, Monday, January 28, 2019 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on March 31, 1943 to Harold and Georgetta (Koeniger) Miner. Dianne worked for various employers but most recently for Johns-Manville. She was a member of First St. John Lutheran Church and formerly East Toledo Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Alter Guild and Rebecca's Circle. In her earlier years she enjoyed bowling and country line dancing. She was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan, loved tending to her flower garden and floating in her pool, but what she cherished most was spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Dianne is survived by her children, Kathy (Sam) Steffen, Cary Burnette, Kris (Brian) Herbert; grandchildren, Steven, Ashley, Will, Alex, Faith, CJ, Zach (Heather), Brendan; great-grandchildren, Scout, Baya, Bella and one on the way. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, David Miner; and ex-husband, James.
The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Thursday, January 31, 2019 from 2:00 pm- 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Friday, February 1, 2019 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park. Memorial contributions in Dianne's name may be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
