Dianne S. Hornyak, 67, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Mercy St. Vincent Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Dianne was born in Toledo, Ohio, on July 6, 1944 to Walter and Catherine (Muranyi) Bishop. She was a 1962 graduate of Central Catholic High School. On October 5, 1963, she married Stephen F. Hornyak. Dianne was a lifelong member of St. Stephen Catholic Church where she was active in the Mother'™s Club and crafted many custom draperies for the parish. Dianne worked as a District Sales Manager for Avon Products for over 25 years. For the past 22 years, Dianne owned Travel Connections where she earned many national honors. Dianne enjoyed traveling around the world and with her family. Dianne'™s true passion was enjoying time with her children and grandchildren. Family meant everything to her. Dianne is survived by her husband of 48 years, Stephen; children, Robin Leffler, Michelle (Gary) Orr, Steve (Amanda) Hornyak; grandchildren, Danielle, and Ashley Leffler; Alexandra, Rachel, Haley, Christian, and Gabriella Orr; Chelsea, Megan, and Olivia Hornyak; siblings, Debbie (Leslie) Toth, and Charles (Mary) Bishop; sister-in-law, Irene Csanyi. Dianne is also survived by many loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Kathleen Bishop. Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Wednesday, July 4th from 1:00-9:00 pm where a prayer service will be held at 2:00 pm. Funeral services will begin at 9:15 am Thursday, July 5th with prayers in the funeral home and proceed to St. Stephen Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at St. Ignatius Cemetery.
