Dianne R. Jaeger 79 of Oregon, Ohio passed away unexpectedly in her home on Monday, May 6, 2024. Dianne was born in Toledo, Ohio, on May 24, 1944 to Myron B. and Estella M. (Shook) Spade who preceded her in death. Dianne was a 1962 Waite High School graduate.

Dave first met Dianne, at a sock hop in 1957. A friend asked Dave, how he picked Dianne out of that bunch of chicks, he said she had the best running gear in the place! On September 1, 1962, Dave and Dianne were married. In 1966, Dana was born, followed by Lori in 1968. Because of the business, there were many family interruptions. Dianne always backed Dave to the fullest and was always there to help with whatever anybody needed especially with the grandchildren. Dianne, was there every step of the way, never missing an event. She always found the good in almost everything and everyone. She loved to play euchre, go to paint class, and play any board game and was an avid St. Jude's Children's Hospital supporter.

Surviving are her loving husband David, daughters Dana (Andrew) Reichert, Lori (Jeff) Smith; grandchildren, Torrie (Clayton) Ruch, Allison Reichert, Abigail Reichert, and Cole David Smith; sister, Sharon Spade.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 10 from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home Oregon Chapel, 440 Coy Road Oregon, OH where her funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 11 at 10:00 am. Entombment will follow at Lake Township Cemetery. Those wishing to make an expression in Dianne's memory are asked to consider St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
