Dillon J. Montie, 21, of Oregon, Ohio passed away unexpectedly as the result of a car accident on April 27, 2018. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on October 9, 1996 to Joseph and Tracy (Johnson) Montie. Dillon graduated from Clay High School and Penta Career Center in 2017. He was working as a mechanic at LKQ and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Dillon is survived by his parents, Joe (Michelle) Montie and Tracy Montie (Richard Allison) ; brother, Ryan (Elizabeth) Montie; sister, Rebecca Miller; girlfriend, Caileene Powers; grandfather, Gary (Carole) Johnson; nieces, Kennah Miller and Lilly Montie; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Patricia Montie and Sheila Johnson; aunt, Kimberly Johnson. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. on Thursday, May 3, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will take place on Friday in the funeral home beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Bedford Cemetery.
