Dolores M. Nelms, 77, of Oregon, Ohio passed away Monday, March 17, 2008 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. She was born October 16, 1930 to Clarence and Beulah (Keppler) Wagner in Toledo, Ohio. Dolores had been employed as a bookkeeper at the Radcliff Interior Decorator and as a secretary at Owens Illinois. She was a member of First St. John Lutheran Church and the James Hancock Senior Center.  Dolores was preceded in death by her first husband, William Benge and her parents.  Her interests were reading, traveling, music and most of all her family.  Surviving are her loving husband of 40 years, Charles; sons,  David (Nancy)  Benge and Randy Nelms; daughter, Sandra (Robert) Pierce step-children, Ted (Sara) Nelms and Marcie Nelms; grandchildren Laura , Aaron Benge, Nicole, Josh, Pierce, Jennifer, Randy Jr. Nelms, Jessica Davis;  brothers, Donald (Donna) and Harold (Elaine) Wagner.   Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel,  440 S. Coy Rd. on Thursday and Friday from 2 until 9 pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at First St. John Lutheran Church, 2471 Seaman Road at 11:00 AM and where the family will greet friends one hour prior to the service.. Interment will take place in Toledo Memorial Park. Contributions in Dolores memory may be made to First St. John Lutheran Church or to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
