Donald G. Ellerbush, 55, of Curtice, Ohio, passed away suddenly January 7, 2009. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 22, 1953, to Alfred Ellerbush and Florence (DeLauter) Leuck. Don was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and was employed in the maintenance department at the University of Toledo. He spent much of his time volunteering at the Veterans Home in Sandusky, Ohio. Don was a loving husband and father and will be missed by all. Surviving are his wife, Gretchen; son, Ian (Nicole "Fred" Lamb); daughter, Rae' (Dave "Dude" Schimming) Ellerbush; mother, Florence Leuck; brothers, Jimmy, Timmy and Stevie; mother-in-law, Esther "Bushia" Kwiatkowski; brother-in-law, Bill "Slicko" Kwiatkowski and sister-in-law, Pam "Pit" Kwiatkowski. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, on Monday, January 12, 2008 from 3 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 5 p.m. Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy in Don's memory are asked to consider the Ohio Veterans Home in Sandusky, Ohio.
