Donald F. Powell, 55, of Toledo, Ohio passed away Friday, April 1, 2011 in his home. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on March 3, 1956 to Eldon and Dorothy (Cole) Powell. Don was a 1974 graduate of Waite High School. He had been employed as a pipe fitter at Toledo Edison for 25 years. Don loved being in the outdoors. He enjoyed tinkering with cars and anything that involved using his hands. Surviving are his daughter, Donielle (Wayne Humphrey II) Powell and son, Donovan Powell. Don was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra R. and parents. There will be no visitation and memorial services will be private.
