Donna Marie Berman, 71, of Oak Harbor, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023, with her loving family by her side. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 3, 1951 to Joseph and Cecelia (Nowak) Kornos. She graduated from Central Catholic High School and then obtained her Associates Degree from the University of Toledo. She then worked at St. Charles Hospital as a Mental Health Technician before retiring. She enjoyed reading, walking her dogs but what she cherished most was her family. She loved supporting them and her grandchildren throughout their different events.

She is survived by her children, Craig and Matthew Berman, significant other, Bernard Darr and his children; Dan (Heather) Darr, Jennifer (Charlie) Sherman, Christina (Nathan) Barron; grandchildren, Mariah, Alex, Lindsey, Emily, Brandon, Jack, Colleen, Sofia and Megan; great-grandson, Axel; and siblings, Dennis and Denise Kornos. She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family will receive family and friends at St. Boniface Catholic Church, 215 N. Church St. Oak. Harbor, OH, 43449 on Friday, May 26, 2023 from 11:30 until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Oak Harbor Union Cemetery. Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
