Donna M. Bertok, 77, of Carbon St., Toledo went to be with her beloved husband, Paul, on Saturday, October 15, 2005 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born in Glouster, Ohio on April 11, 1928 to Belford and Edith (Holderman) Foraker. Donna lived there until the early 1940's when her family moved to Toledo. She was a graduate of Scott High School. Donna met her future husband in 1946, and they were married in 1948. They had four children, whom she stayed home to raise until they were older. Mrs. Bertok then worked at Murphy's store on Main Street, JC Penny's at the then new Woodville Mall, and finally at University Lanes. Surviving are her daughters, Judy (Marty) Davidson and Cathy (Eric) Ireland; sons, Larry (Arlene) and Paul Jr.; 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; sisters, Vivian (Richard) Berning and Louise (Ernest) Morris; several nieces and nephews. Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Paul; parents, Belford and Edith Foraker; brothers, Jack, Gene and Bill Foraker; sister, Mary. Following Donna's wishes there will be no visitation. Memorial services at Calvin United Church of Christ will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Expressions of sympathy in Donna's memory may be made to Calvin United Church of Christ or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
