Donna J. Bohland, 61, of Oregon, OH passed away August 4, 2005 in Flower Hospital. She was born in Swanton, OH to Jerome and Esther (Thompson) Langenderfer on July 17, 1944. She was employed for 25 years with the Oregon Schools retiring as head cook of Coy Elementary where she truly enjoyed interacting with the children. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church. Donna was a very active and loving person who enjoyed life and the people around her. She often prayed the Rosary at Our Lady of Toledo Shrine, went for walks at Pearson Park, enjoyed hummingbirds, gardening, flowers and spending time with her grandchildren and family. Surviving Donna is her husband of 37 years, James; daughters, Kelly B. (Timothy) Moore, Christine (Mark) Tarr and Carrie Glover; son, James J. (Kelly); brother, Larry (Maryann); sisters, Joyce (John) Dumas and Marlene (Mike) Dumas; grandchildren, Sydney Moore, Hayden Glover and Garrett and Kennedy Bohland; mother-in-law, Mildred; step-brothers, Frank (Brenda), Mike(Sandy), Dan and Nick (Theresa) Baker; sister-in-laws, Cookie (Deloy) Schram and Janie (Richard) Simon; brother-in-laws, John (Sharon), Mike (Joann), Joe (Pricilla), Marty (Debbie), Denny (Jane) and Larry (Darla) Bohland and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, step-father, Bernard Baker; father-in-law, Clarence and brother-in-law, Edward and Dorothy Bohland. Family and friends will be received at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. at Starr Ave, on Sunday, August 7, 2005 from 2 until 9 p.m. where a Rosary recital will be held at 7 pm. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Monday at 9:15 am and proceed to Sacred Heart Church for 10 am Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery.
