Donna L. Schmidt Fitch Pierce, 75, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away, Tuesday, May 30, 2006, at Heartland of Oregon. Donna was born on May 6, 1931, in Toledo, Ohio to Frank and Marie (Ridenour) Daunhauer. She had worked for Mercy Hospital for 12 years as a dietary aide, retiring in 1990. In her spare time Donna enjoyed reading and crocheting. Donna was a friend of Bill W. Surviving are her children, Kimberly (Richard) Gonzales, Karen (Duncan) Moodie, Ronald Schmidt; 6 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Richard Schmidt, and her grandson, Richard Gonzales Jr. Family and friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Friday from 2-9 p.m. where funeral services will be conducted on Saturday at 12:00 noon. Interment will take place in Restlawn Memorial Park.
