Donna Deanne (Patterson) Temple, 81, of Perrysburg, passed away Sunday, November 21, 2010 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. She was born in Toledo, Ohio to Robert A. and Ruth (Ames) Patterson on March 19, 1929. She lost her mother at the age of three to heart problems and was raised by her maternal grandparents Walter and Pearl (Freyling) Cominess. In August 1947, she married Richard E. Temple and he preceded her in death in 1993. At age 15, Donna worked as a waitress at the Tick Tock Restaurant. Donna was a 1947 graduate of Lake High School and went on to work as a private secretary at Buckeye Union Casualty Company until the birth of her children. Donna will be remembered as a devoted wife and mother. Donna is survived by her son Richard (Diane) Temple of Millbury and daughter, Linda (David) Alexander, of Perrysburg; grandchildren, Jeffrey Pekarcik of Las Vegas, NV., Jennifer Poletto of Yukon, OK., Lisa (Andy) Koenig of Rossford, and Laura (Christopher) Siegel, of Toledo; half-brother, Robert (Linda) Patterson of North Baltimore, half-sisters, Roberta Boudrie of Findlay, and Carolyn (Ray) Kopp of Tiffin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and step-mother, Margaret (Puppos) Patterson. Private Inurnment will take place in Lake Township Cemetery. Arrangements by Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home.
