Dorothy M. Albrecht, 86, of Northwood, Ohio, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2016. Dorothy was born in Toledo, Ohio on March 26, 1929 to Artie and Hazel (Gerold) Ridge. She was a graduate of Libbey High School. On June 24, 1950, she married Robert Albrecht. Dorothy and Bob enjoyed spending their retirement years in Florida, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Denise Albrecht; daughter-in-law, Elaine Albrecht; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; special niece, Sue Pitzen, and dear friend, Teri Beaupry. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; son, Scott Albrecht; sister, Hazel; and brother, Gerald. Private funeral services will be held at Mansion Memorial Park, Ellenton, Florida.
