Dorothy E. Jewell, 93, of Genoa, Ohio and formerly of Toledo, Ohio passed away January 4, 2014 at Genoa Retirement Village. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on March 21, 1920 to John and Victoria (Adams) Myers. Surviving are her son, James G. (Linda) Jewell of Sedona, AZ; grandson, Major Tymon LaMar, US Army; sisters, Virginia Tank and Anita DeCant; brother, John (Loretta) Myers and numerous nieces and nephews. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gordon Jewell; siblings, Victoria DuPont and William Myers. Private graveside services will be held on Monday, January 13, 2014 in North Oregon Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to Genoa Retirement Village.
