E. Lucile Webb, 81 of east Toledo passed away Sunday, February 15, 2004 at Medical College Hospital. Lucile was born in Toledo on February 10, 1923 to Everett and Effie (Simmons) Williams. She married Wayne A. Webb who preceded her in death in 1991. She had worked for Fiske Brothers Refinery in the office for 25 years retiring in 1987. Lucile was a member of the former Oakdale United Methodist Church and now the Unity United Methodist Church. While her son was in school she was past president of Oakdale P.T.A. and was very active in the Mother's Club Lucile is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Larry A. and Connie Webb; grandchildren Kelly (Jon) Schwind and Jeffry Webb; great grandchildren, Alyssandra and Sophia Schwind. Also surivivng are her brother-in-law, Ron Webb; sister-in-law, Wilma Blecke. Friends and family may visit on Monday from 2-9 p.m. in the Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon. where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
