Earl Bert James Smith, 43 of Swanton, Ohio passed away unexpectedly in his residence on Tuesday, July 27, 2010. Earl was born on August 8, 1966 to Harvey Jr. and Mary (Eckhardt) Smith. Earl was currently employed with Fulton Co. Processing LTD where he was a fork lift and a overhead crane operator. Earl was a fan of Nascar racing and was a Dallas Cowboy fan. His real love was spending time with his children and his family. Surviving are his father and step mother, Harvey Jr. and Rosemary Smith; son, Josh; daughter, Cheyenne; brother, Harvey Smith III; sisters, Ruth (Chuck) Lewis and Susan Smith. Earl was preceded in death by his mother and his brother, Robert Smith. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S.
