Edith V. Moore, 94, of Northwood, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 14, 2008, in the Wright Harvey House. Edith was born in Toledo on May 22, 1913, to Henry and Rose (Klei) Blankey. She was the widow of Joseph Moore who preceded her in death in 1964. Mrs. Moore was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church and was a member of the church's Kitchen Band. Surviving are her sons, James (Kathy), Joseph (Donna) and Michael (Cheryl) Moore; daughter-in-law, Karen (Paul) Summers; 15 grandchildren and 18 great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Walter and Thomas Moore; 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Visitation for Mrs. Moore will be Monday from 9 to 10 a.m. in St. Thomas Aquinas Church. The Mass of Christian Burial will follow the visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contribution in Edith's memory may be given to St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Arrangements are being handled by the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home.
