Edmund T. McGarry  Edmund T. McGarry, 94, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2008, at his home. He was born on May 12, 1913, in Toledo, Ohio to George and Mabel (Etue) McGarry.  Mr. McGarry was employed with Libbey Owens Ford for 32 years and retired in 1975 as a department manager. He was an active member of St.Ignatius Church, St. Vincent DePaul Society, and the Holy Name Society. Ed loved to garden and also was a wonderful artist.    Edmund is survived by his brother, Charles; special friend, Rose Moore; nieces, Susan Momenee and Kathleen VanCamp of Oregon, OH, and several nieces and nephews in Alaska. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Annabelle; son, Irwin Timothy; infant daughters, Ann and Patricia McGarry, and brother, John.  Visitation will be held at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Saturday, and May10, 2008 from 2 until 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 until 9 p.m.  with recitation of the rosary  at 4 p.m. on Saturday. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Monday at 9:15 a.m. and proceed to St. Ignatius Church for 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial.  Interment will take place at Calvary Cemetery.   Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy in Edmunds name are asked to consider the Society for Propagation of Faith, St. Vincent DePaul, or Heartland Hospice.
