Edna M. Martin, 94, of Northwood, Ohio passed away March 13, 2007 at St. Charles Mercy Hospital. She was born in Lorain, OH on May 28, 1912 to Don and Matilda (Power) Bell. In previous years, Edna was employed at LaSalle's Department Store and  Northwood Schools as a crossing guard. She was a long time member of Northwood Church of God.  She also was a member of Lotus Chapter No. 477,  O.E.S. and Christina Court  No. 21, Order of the Amaranth.   Surviving are her daughter, Patricia (John) Stevens; brother, Lester Bell; 4 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Edna was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William; brother, Carlos Bell and sisters, Luella Bell and Dorothy Hacksedde.   Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2007 from 1-8 p.m. at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. where an O.E.S. service will be held at 7 p.m..  Funeral services will be held at the Northwood Church of God, 1838 S. Coy Rd., on Friday at 11 a.m..  Interment will be in Lake Township Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy in Edna's memory may be sent to Northwood Church of God or a charity of the donor's choice.
