Edward L. Bartoe, 73 of Walbridge, OH, passed away on February 27, 2006 in the Hospice of Northwest Ohio Inpatient Unit in Perrysburg. Edward was born on June 19, 1932 to Frank and Grace (Bowers) Bartoe Sr. Mr. Bartoe was a US Army veteran serving in the railroad battalion. He was employed for 44 years with Norfolk and Southern Railroad where he retired as a carman in 1994. Ed was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Carmen and enjoyed photography, electron ics and traveling. Surviving are his devoted wife, Annette; son, Timothy (Debbie) Bartoe; daughter, Laura (Terry) Marsh; sister, Thelma (Richard) Hankinson and grandchildren, Lyndse, Bailey, Kelsey and Zachary. Edward was preceded in death by his parents and several siblings. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, March 11, 2006 at 1:00 PM in the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road Millbury.
