Edward J. Forgach, 86, of Toledo, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2002 in Heartland of Oregon. Mr. Frogach was born on April 13, 1916 to John and Mary (Shadlock) Forgach. Edward was employed at the Standard Oil Company for 29 years before his retirement in 1981. He was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Quarter Century Club and the Coast Guard Reserves. Surviving are his wife, Verna; daughters, Mary Ann (Joe) Hunyor, Pat (Fred)Marchlewski, Linda Devers and Maggie Beadle; 17 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Regina Resanovich and six brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held in the Eggleston-Meinert Funeral Home Coy Road Chapel, 440 S.Coy Road on Tuesday, December 3, 2002 from 2 to 9 pm. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home at 9:30 am on Wednesday and proceed to St. Thomas Aquinas Church for the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am. Interment will be private.
