Edwin P. Lamberton Jr., 94, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2022 at StoryPoint Assisted Living, Waterville, Ohio. Ed was born in Toledo, Ohio on January 7, 1928 to Edwin P. Sr. and Martha (Seiple) Lamberton. Ed was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving during WWII. After serving in the Navy, Ed returned to school and graduated from Waite High School in 1947. Prior to his retirement Ed worked for North Star Recycling as a crane operator. Ed loved to cook for his family and his family loved his cooking.

Surviving are daughters, Debra (Larry) Adkins, Diane (Mike) Spahr and Dayna (James) Barkman; 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma, parents and sister, Martha Lou Gilday; infant brother.

The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Friday, September 30 at 1 pm, until the time of memorial service at 2:30 pm. Private family inurnment will take place at Restlawn Memorial Park. Expressions of sympathy in Ed's name may be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
