Eileen Bizjack, 63, of Genoa, Ohio, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2015 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Eileen was born in Cleveland, Ohio on September 10, 1951 to John and Eileen (Frye) Hennies. She earned a Bachelors Degree from Cleveland State University and a Masters Degree from Bowling Green State University. For 35 years, Eileen taught first grade in the Benton-Carol-Salem School District, retiring in 2012. On August 7, 1982, she married Ted Bizjack. Her hobbies included: reading, crossword puzzles, and traveling; especially to Myrtle Beach. Her true passion was spending time with her family.
Eileen is survived by her husband of 32 years, Ted; sons, Ted III and Tom Bizjack; brothers, John (Rexine) Hennies and James Hennies; along with many loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road (east of I-280) on Thursday, March 19, 2015 from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, March 20, 2015 at 11:00 am in Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 204 S. Main Street, Genoa, and where the family will greet friends beginning at 10:00 am. Private graveside services will be held at All Souls Cemetery, Cleveland.
