Eileen E. Shelby, 90, of Oregon, OH passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at Orchard Villa. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on August 13, 1921 to Jack and Ethel (Mitchell) Eggenton. Eileen was employed as a barmaid for 20 years at Sheiks and 19 years Jordan'™s Night Club and enjoyed playing cards with friends. Surviving are her children; Kathleen Wagner and Rick Shelby; brother, John (Jean) Eggenton; 3 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Shelby; son, David Eggenton and son-in-law, Walter Wagner. Friends may call at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Friday, January 6, 2012 from 2-8 pm. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Saturday at 11 am with interment following at Toledo Memorial Park.
