Eleanor M. Welsh, 85, of Oregon,OH passed away on August, 19, 2003 in Orchard Villa Nursing Home. She was born on April 11, 1918 to Charles and Hazel (Miller) Madden. Eleanor was a secretary at Kiemle-Hankins Service Company, serving as the personal secretary for Mr. William Hankins for 35 years, retiring in 1983. She was a member of the Eagles #197, Widow & Widowers Club and was past national president of the National Secretary's Association. Surviving are her son, Richard Welsh of Oregon, OH and grandson, Christopher Welsh of Toledo, OH. Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Floyd "Butch" Welsh. Visitation will be held on Wednesday August 20, 2003 from 2 to 9 p.m. at the Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, where funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:00 pm.
