Eliodora Olivarez, 87, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021 at St. Charles Hospital. She was born in Port Lavaca, Texas on July 3, 1934 to Juventino and Natalia (Salazar) Rodriguez Sr. Eliodora was a member at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Genoa. She enjoyed shopping, knitting, crafting, but most importantly, spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed. Eliodora is survived by her son, Christopher (Virginia) Olivarez; grandchildren, Bianca, Anthony Christopher, Anthony Joel; 5 great-grandchildren; and brother, Juventino Rodriguez Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Telesforo; and son, Anthony Olivarez. Family and friends may visit Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 South Coy Road on Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. The family will also greet friends on Friday, December 3, 2021 at St. Ignatius Church, 212 N. Stadium Rd., Oregon, Ohio, 43616 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery.
