Elizabeth "Libby" Loreto, 67, of Toledo, Ohio passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. Libby was born in Ironton, Ohio on July 16, 1950 to Alfred and Angeline (Riffe) Shepherd. Surviving are her children, Shannon Shephard, and Brian (Michelle) Shephard; and grandchildren, Alfred and Jacob Shephard; Siblings Joan (Marvin) Pack, Freedia (Robert) Bowles, Sylvia Flannery and Johnny Shepherd. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfredo Loreto, siblings Claud Shepherd, Louise Gilliam, Joyce Lyles, James Shepherd, Linda Shepherd and parents. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 South Coy Road, Oregon, Ohio on Friday, March 9, 2018 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Saturday, March 10 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Clay Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
