Ella "Rusty" Louise Eff, 73, of Walbridge , Ohio passed away on January 25, 2017 at Genoa Care Center . She was born in Tannery, Kentucky on April 6, 1943 to Ralph and Goldie (Dugan) Armstrong. She loved crafting, camping and was a motorcyclist in her younger days. Ella is survived by her son, Frank (Delia) Stone Jr.; brothers, Alvin Whitten, Marty Armstrong and Terry (Sue) Whitten; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2nd husband, Doyle T. Whitten; 3 brothers; and 1 sister. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road , on Saturday, January 28 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery .
