Elmer Lee Haywood, 55, of Toledo OH passed away on August 28, 2003 in St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. He bas born on October 12, 1947 to Milton and Mary (Binion) Haywood in Toledo, OH. Elmer had served in the US Army for 12 years. Surviving are his mother and step-father, Mary and David Weaver, Wheelersburg, OH; daughters, Michelle and Mia Haywood; granddaughters, Asiah, Amara and Kaylonnie; brother, Gary Haywood; sisters, Diane Haywood and Sharon (Jerry) Gilley and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Milton Haywood. Visistation will be held on Sunday, August 31, 2003 from 2-6 p.m. at the Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, OH. Additional visitation and funeral services will be held at D. W. Swick Funeral Home, Wheelersburg, Ohio.
