Elnore Richey, 75, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at Promedica Toledo Hospital. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on March 23, 1951 to Orval and Lucille (Myers) Holmes. She graduated from Waite High School and married the love of her life, Michael Richey on November 22, 1958. Elnore enjoyed sewing, crocheting and playing computer games. She also loved lighthouses and would drive with her husband to Marblehead several times as well as other lighthouses in the area. Elnore was also an avid reader and enjoyed playing bingo, but what she cherished most was her loving family.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Mike; children, Mike Richey Jr., Chrisline (Scott) Welsh, Roger (Tina) Richey; 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and siblings, Cathy Gusterson, Francis Holems and Lynn (Larry) Marsh. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Orval (JoAnn) Holmes Jr.; grandson, Dakota Richey; and daughter-in-law, Wendy Marshall.
