Elsie Bahls, 97, passed away on August 7, 2015 at Franciscan Care Center. She was born on December 24, 1917 to Ernest and Otillie (Steinke) Schwerkoske. Elsie was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church. She loved Bingo, working in the yard, gardening, crossword puzzles and Bunco. Elsie's most cherished memories were spending time with her family. Elsie is survived by her daughter, Sandi (Tom) Mullaly; grandchildren, Stephen Jr. (Jennifer) Pasztor, Shannon (Chris) Kurek, Shawn (Karla) Mullaly, Ryan (Dayna) Mullaly; great-grandchildren, Stephen, Jamie, Bailee, Brady, Collin and Taryn. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harvey; daughter, Sharon; 3 sisters; 3 brothers. To honor Elsie's wishes, graveside services will take place at Troy Township Cemetery in Luckey, Ohio on Monday, August 10, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Those wishing an expression of sympathy in Elsie's memory are asked to consider the Franciscan Care Center.
