Elsie B. Fleckner, 83, of Northwood passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2006 in the Lutheran Home at Toledo.  Elsie was born in Elmore, Ohio on July 15, 1923 to Albert and Anna (Deno) Durdel.  She was the widow of Howard Fleckner.  Mrs. Fleckner was employed for 31 years at the law offices of Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison, before her retirement in 1983.  She was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church and the Eastern Stars.   Surviving are her sisters, Viola Langley and Leona Eck along with many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by sister, Loretta Hoedt.   Memorial services will be conducted on Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at 11:00 am in Calvary Lutheran Church, 1930 Bradner Road where visitation will begin at 9:00 am.  Interment will be private.  Memorial contributions in Elsie's memory can be made to Calvary Lutheran Church.  Arrangements are being handled by the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home.
