Elsie Jane Kemp of Oregon, Ohio passed away Thursday, August 31, 2006 in Heartland of Oregon.  Elsie was born in Toledo on October 5, 1920 to Fred and Alma (Moon) Kemp.  Elsie Jane was a graduate of Waite High School and the University of  Toledo. She was employed as a dietitian for 28 years at the former Toledo State Hospital.  Elsie also taught food service training at Woodward High School for many years. She was a member of Unity United Methodist Church.   Surviving are her niece Sara Graffunder and many grand Nieces and Nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, John Kemp and sister, Dorothy Nofzinger.   There will be no visitation and services will be private.  Interment will be in Historical Woodlawn Cemetery.  Memorial contributions in Elsie's memory can be made Unity United Methodist Church Building Fund, to  Mobile Meals of Toledo or the charity of the donor's choice.
