Obituary

Emery "Buzz" Stroshine was a quiet man with a gentle heart. He passed away August 23, 2007, after being admitted to Chandler Regional Hospital in Arizona. Buzz was born in Toledo, Ohio on January 30, 1943. He lived there until moving to Queen Creek, Arizona with his wife in 2006. He married Barbara, on June 16, 1983. Buzz worked for Daimler Chrysler (Jeep) for 31 years, retiring in 1995. He greatly enjoyed his family, friends, working in his yard and taking vacations. Buzz will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. He is survived by his loving wife, Barb; daughter, Denise (Jeremy) Hoover; sons, Kenneth Steedman and Duane (Christie) Jenkins; sisters, Johanna (Ronald) St. John, Linda (Mark) Zunk, Theresa (Ronald) Vargo; brother, Charles (Lynn) Braunbern; brother-in-law, James (Vanessa) Millinger; 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Monday, September 10, 2007, from 2-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, Arthritis Association or the charity of the donor's choice.
