Emery R."Imp" Szollosi, 81 of Oregon, passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2004 in his home. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on April 29, 1923 to Michael and Mary (Molnar) Szollosi. Emery married Helen (Vegh) who proceeded him in death on June 21, 2003. Emery was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church and VFW #4906 Birmingham Post. Emery is survived by his loving children, Dennis E. (Michelle), Thomas R. (Joan) and Connie S. Szollosi; granddaughter, Melodi Michael) Ramtallie and her mother, Connie Szollosi; great-granddaughter, Madison Ramtallie; step grandson, Brett Juhasz and brother Francis (Mary) Szollosi. Visitation will be held at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home Coy Road Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon on Monday from 5-9 pm and Tuesday from 2-9 p.m. Recitation of the Rosary will be held on Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. and proceed to St. Stephen Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m.. Interment will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery. Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy in Emery's memory are asked to consider Northwest Ohio Hospice.
