Eric S. Eckman, 60, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on January 12, 2024 at home. He was born in Oregon, Ohio on March 10, 1963 to Neil and Bonnie (Eichman, Eckman) Cornelius. He worked for Rudolph\Libbe for nearly 35 years before retiring in 2021. He enjoyed camping, fishing, playing cards and going to casinos, riding his motorcycle and attending hockey games with his good friend Bobby. He enjoyed music including bands, concerts and singing karaoke and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his mother Bonnie (Stan) Cornelius; his siblings, Lee (Jodi) Eckman, Laurie (Marty) Koch and Lynn (David) Fulford; many nieces, nephews and extended family and his long-time girlfriend Judy. He was preceded in death by his father.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 19 at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to Paws and Whiskers.
