Ernest J. 'œCaz'™ Castaneda, 81, of Oregon, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2011 at his residence. He was born in Bay City, MI, on May 15, 1930 to Anthony and Blanche (Grohowski) Castaneda. Caz married Geraldine Blank and she preceded him in death. He was employed with LOF in Rossford for 36 years, retiring in 1987. He enjoyed listening to his nephew play the harmonica and spending time with his family. He is survived by his son Ed (Julie) Blank; grandchildren, Eddie, Joey, Wes, and Casey; great-grandson Noah: sister, Patricia (Fred) Steinhoff, and sister-in-law, Rose Castaneda. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Raymond, Eugene, and Arlene. Friends may call at Ambrose Funeral Home, 1200 Garfield Ave., Bay City, MI. on Saturday, September 10th from 9:00 am until time of funeral service at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at St. Stanislaus- Kostka Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to a charity of the donor'™s choice.
